End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a contract between you and WolfStrata (“WolfStrata,” “we,” “us”) governing your use of the WolfStrata financial-analysis service at wolfiq.surajshetty.com(the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes, subject to this Agreement.

2. The Service

WolfStrata connects to your QuickBooks Online company, computes deterministic financial signals from your data, and generates plain-language narratives describing what the numbers show. The Service is observational: it explains your financials; it does not tell you what actions to take.

3. Not professional advice

WolfStrata does not provide accounting, tax, legal, investment, or other professional advice. Outputs are informational and are derived from the data in your connected accounting system. You are responsible for your business decisions and should consult a qualified professional before acting. Numbers shown are sourced from your QuickBooks data; their accuracy depends on the accuracy of that data.

4. Your responsibilities

• You confirm you are authorized to connect the QuickBooks company you link to the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data in your connected accounts.
• If you supply your own AI provider key, you are responsible for that provider’s terms and charges.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, reverse-engineering it, or using it to violate any law or the rights of others.

6. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties — including Intuit/QuickBooks Online and AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google). Your use of those integrations is also subject to the respective third party’s terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, signal logic, and design, is owned by WolfStrata and protected by applicable law. Your data remains yours; this Agreement grants us only the rights needed to operate the Service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will be accurate or complete.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WolfStrata will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach this Agreement. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

11. Changes

We may update this Agreement as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
